Olhos D'agua Holiday
Olhos D'Agua is a quaint fishing village that provides a welcome contrast to many other resorts in the Algarve. Its small and hospitable style make it a great place for those wishing to relax and watch the world go by. The pine-clad cliffs are a dramatic backdrop and add to the sense of seclusion. Life in Olhos D'Agua will be the right choice if you like to holiday at a leisurely pace in a beautiful setting.
Despite its quiet, calm persona, Olhos D'Agua has plenty to prevent boredom - the beautiful beach and all its attractions, including the fresh spring water that bubbles through the sand. Watersports are fairly limited but there are some on offer. The stunning views across the warm Atlantic Ocean will keep you occupied for hours, as they progress through the spectrum from dusk til dawn.

Nightlife
The evenings are a perfect time to indulge in the slow pace of life in Olhos D'Agua. Take a walk along the sea front followed by dinner at one of the restaurants that take advantage of some fantastic sea views. Afterwards, stroll to a bar for a glass of 'medronho' - the national liquor made from a fleshy, red fruit grown in Portugal.
Local Specialities
There are plenty of places to eat here and you'll have plenty of opportunity to sample some wonderfully fresh sea food - try 'arroz de marisco' - mixed fish in rice. Other tastes will be catered for too, including traditional Portuguese, Italian and Chinese.
