Marmari Holiday
Marmari is the perfect resort for those looking for peace and relaxation in glorious rural surroundings. There is a small scattering of restaurants and tavernas in the resort centre, or for a slightly busier pace, why not visit one of the many restaurants and bars in the neighbouring resort of Tingaki.
Beaches
Marmari's long beaches of golden sand gently shelve into the sea, with views of Kalymnos. Watersports are on offer at the main resort centre and it is a popular spot for windsurfing.
Shopping
There are a few small mini-markets, a supermarket and some souvenir shops in Marmari, but Kos Town, 12 kilometres away, has everything else you could possibly need.
Nightlife
In Marmari there are a few beachside bars, but most entertainment is hotel-based.
Local Specialities
Marmari does have a couple of good local restaurants, but head to lively Kos Town for more variety and international cuisine.
