Pefkos Holiday
With the sightseeing attractions of Lindos three kilometres away down the southeast coast, Pefkos should hardly be considered remote - yet it seems a world away from the bustle of its bigger neighbour. Here, the picturesque location contributes to an air of relaxation among new friends.
Beaches
The beach is a fine expanse of soft sands, with scattered pebbly areas, fringed by pines and lapped by warm, clear waters. There are plenty of sunbeds.
Shopping
Although the nearest shopping centre is in Lindos, there are plenty of supermarkets and a handful of souvenir shops.
Nightlife
Nightlife in Pefkos is laid back, so sip a cocktail or two in one the village bars, or take a taxi over to the discos of livelier Lindos.
Local Specialities
The village offers a very good range of restaurants, from traditional Greek to fish and chips. After dinner, order a Greek brandy in one of the nine or so bars.
