Gulet cruise is one of the must unknown way of cruising or even traveling in general so this is why it is very normal to be defirent then your expectations. Here we will show you some reality that you should find only when you are on board.
Like mentioned up I think very big number of people who go on gulet cruise it is them first. So most of them have no idea what to expect or even they find the reality deferent then expectations.
To start, let say I will book a cabin charter on gulet for Croatia and that I have no idea what it is all about and in the second case I will rent an entire gulet.
- Cabin charter on a gulet in Croatia:
First I will say this is a small boat and for sure the space to share with other passenger is very small and limited and that here I expect some problems about this plus the cabin also it is very small let say like yacht where the space is very limited and you have to be careful when you get up in the morning from the bed to don’t smack your head. I guess this expectation is very far from reality and when I say very far I mean it, here is why: I mean first when you rent a cabin charter on gulet you will be in “win win” situation so first you save money of renting a very expensive gulet plus you avoid the mass tourism of big cruise line and also get advantage of cruising on yacht but with match more space. Simply, gulet is better then big line cruiser and yacht even in the price I can say you can get offer that feed your budget. Also cabin on a gulet it can be better then hotel room or let say similar so imagine that you are on boutique hotel just it is cruising from a bay to another. And then the space that you share with others aren’t limited usually gulet have 3 spaces one indoor and then two outdoor totallyenough for five or six couple because on gulet you will share the boat with just four or five more couple.

Then if I never been on gulet and I am going to rent the entire boat also for Croatia ,by the way I always say Croatia because I believe that it is the best destination on earth for gulet cruising, and I have no idea what is a gulet and never been in this region.
So I will expect wooden boat that will take me from city to another to take photo or to buy souvenir and cruising in very crowded routes and sea full with boats fuel.
What makes gulet a special boat, is the experience that you will have on board it is sometime not the boat itself but all together the boat the view and big line under the view that you can get in bays where takes you the gulet then the food and the diversity of the Croatian kitchen also the very friendly crew who speaks at least English perfectly and if you put all together with the destination I mean the Dalmatian sea it make this experience very special imagine in Croatia there is thousands of small islands and sea very clean with nice turquoise color which make the view very nice and beautiful. The captains of gullets they know a lot of places where you can be totally in private and no one around you.
So this is why when I say the reality on gulet is totally deferent then the expectations I really mean it…
